EFT- Emotion Freedom Techniques (Tapping)

Tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is based on Chinese acupuncture/acupressure, and there are a LOT of points along the body where these meridians can be accessed.

Technique

1 Start tapping and say, “Even though I feel………, at least I am doing something about it anyway.” Then tap on each point, saying how this problem makes you feel ( for example, 2 – “I feel stressed, 3 – I can’t cope, 4 – I feel angry” etc. until you get to 15

When you have finished a round of tapping, grab the other wrist and take a deep breath. Start again and keep going until you feel better!
